At first I was going to VLOG this, instead of type it and maybe later tomorrow I shall still do that. But for now..
I am very professional, very polite and I keep my clients updated and in the loop regarding any services I am doing for them. I have had about 2 clients who are such control freaks ( I am one myself so I get it) that it's been next to impossible to complete my work.
When you hire a professional of any type you have to trust that they know what they are doing. Why would you hire me or anyone else if you didn't trust us to do what you hired us to do.
I recently had someone hire me to do web work and then change their mind, not based on my ability but based on the downtime where they would not have a site for about 4 days to a week. I even explained and offered to create as I have done for ladies before a one page blogger site with a few pics, rates and screening page to cover the gap of where the site is down. HOWEVER most ladies are perfectly fine with just having a coming soon landing page as long as the ads they have on sites convey what they want or need.
I DO WANT TO EXPRESS GREAT GRATITUDE FOR THIS CUSTOMER BECAUSE AT THE TIME WHEN SHE PAID ME, I CERTAINLY NEEDED THE INCOME.
The point of this is not to "drag" "embarrass" or "humiliate"her in any way. I just want clarity on what occurred. I offered to send her her payment for site back within 10-14 days as is my refund policy shown clearly here on this site.
She was extremely gracious and told me to simply do some Photoshop edits for her. I did a couple, she wanted something different so I did a couple more and sent them to her as "proofs" if you will and asked her opinion, the ones I shared were not meant to be FINALS they were meant to serve to allow her to tell me what she wanted different , if anything. I texted, I emailed and never heard back.
This kind of thing bothers me because, I again am professional, I am not a kid so if you do not like something I do, please DIRECTLY contact me , and allow me to make it perfect for you. I thrive on perfection and nothing makes me happier than seeing my client happy and satisfied. So please always reach out to me for a resolution and correction of anything you want fixed.. ALWAYS!
LASTLY, again this is ALSO ON MY SITE. if you decide those of you who use me for MONTHLY OR WEEKLY SERVICES THAT YOU WANT TO DISCONTINUE SERVICES, ( as an Asian Spa recently needed to do , due to being closed) you MUST give me 30 days written notice. While I do empathize and understand that things happen, it is inconsiderate, and unprofessional as hell to not give notice. My monthly and weekly clients are a big portion of how I SUPPORT MY FAMILY. So I need notice. This Spa in question provided NONE and the only way I found out was when I messaged them to let them know I was renewing their Eros ads etc as I do every month. I was then told to stop paying for them , that they were closed. I then professionally emailed, texted and screenshotted my policy , if you fail to give me 30 days notice YOU OWE FOR THE NEXT MONTH. As a professional and as long as I have been working for them, she should have been professional or her assistant should have and let me know , or since they didn't they should have handed over my payment. Please DO NOT TREAT ME WITH LESS RESPECT THAN I TREAT YOU WITH.
I have rules, provisions, and regulations on my business site for a reason and I expect my customers to respect them , same as we expect our escort clients to respect us in our other arena.
AGAIN, I APPRECIATE ALL OF YOU, ALL OF YOUR BUSINESS, BUT I EXPECT AND DESERVE RESPECT AND COURTESY JUST THE SAME AS I GIVE IT TO YOU ALL.
