I pride myself in being professional. Anyone I have made a site for knows this. I have even had one lady months ago that I did a site for, who did not have a vision who I completed a site for. She afterwards didn't like it so I redid it for her, but this was more a colors and arrangement issue. This overall even though it was a new design was politely handled by both myself and her. She tipped quite graciously and even apologized for her lack of input in the beginning. This kind of behavior is not an issue.
Here is what is an issue. When you have no vision at all. No idea what a website should even be and you tell me and my partner your brand and we NAIL IT and make you something so beautiful , that other ladies comment and say they are even jealous of. I mean a site that is amazing beyond compare. Probably one of the best we have created and you use said site for over a month and then return with enough edits to equal in TIME a whole new site almost in time and frustration.
We release sites 2-3 days prior to their completion so that things like this can be handled pre-site release. I try to be fair on pricing for edits. The first 45 days so long as its simple edits, the edits are free. Then afterwards if they aren't simple or even in the 45 days if they aren't simple there is a fee. BUT it still needs to be edits within reason because when it becomes edits that will take up to 2 days to complete , I and my partner have to charge more. It is not robbery, it is compensation for my time and his.
There are times when even for money the amount of frustration will cause me to step back from a project. I am a professional YES, but I also book and screen for other ladies and also have other web assignments to tend to. I cannot lose or upset all my other clients due to being overwhelmed by one. I need all ladies I work for to be considerate of my time. Do not treat me or my partners time , or us as people the way some of you complain hobbyists treat you.
Some of you pay , (and pay a beyond fair rate in today's website and booking assistant arena) rate for my services and then honestly proceed to try to make me do double the labor for the amount we agreed upon. That is not fair or professional and is similar to how clients pay us as companions and then want services we don't provide or are disrespectful to us because we are sex workers.
I take what I do for all of my customers seriously, But I need you to respect my time and my partners time. And to realize that I work for many and that I have to HAVE to give my best to all of those customers not just one person.
I want every future customer to understand my process from now on , so that I never have to speak on this again.
